Welcome to the Wilkes University Office of Risk Management & Compliance portal webpage.

The goal of Risk Management & Compliance is to strengthening accountability and regulatory compliance through the development and administration of policies, procedures and standards in support of a University-wide risk management process, which includes managing the insurance program, minimizing legal liabilities and supporting compliance with all federal and statutory regulations.

Insurance Requirements for Third Parties

Whenever the university is involved with a third party or an event that increases the university's exposure to a loss or an accident, we require a Certificate of Insurance from that party. This includes any organization hosting a non-university event or program on campus. If there appears to be significant risk or the duration of the agreement is for an extended period of time, Wilkes University should be named as additional insured.
